At My Store, we strive to deliver your premium luxury t-shirts as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

• South Asia: 7–10 business days
• Europe & North America: 10–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 12–20 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date at shipping@mystore.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
